4 boneless pork chops, trimmed canola oil & no stick spray
1 1/2 cups diced onions 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup mild picante sauce 2 Tablsp hickory BBQ sauce
2 Tablsp cider vinegar 1 teasp worcestirshire sauce
1/2 teasp grd cumin 1/4 cup hickory BBQ sauce
8 hamburger buns, split - toasted
Brown chops in skillet with a little canola oil on one side for about 4 mins.Place browned side up in slow cooker that has been sprayed with no stick spray. In the skillet, add a couple teasp of oil, cook the onions until richly browned....stirring often. Add water and stir well. Take off heat, add in picante sauce and 2 T bbq sauce. Mix well and pour in crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours. Shred meat, put back in pot and add remaining ingredients. heat thru, serve on buns.
