7 cups cubed, uncooked red potatoes            1 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup sour cream                           1/2 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

2 Tablsp minced onion                          2 cloves of garlic, minced

1/2 teasp salt                                        minced fresh chives

Place potatoes in a sprayed crockpot, In a blender, puree the cottage

cheese and the sour cream until smooth.  Transfer to a bowl and add in

the velveeta cubes, onion, garlic and salt.  Pour over the potatoes and

mix well.  Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until tender.  Stir

well again before serving.   Garnish with chives.   makes 8 servings.
