6 mini graham cracker pie shells       8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 Tablsp strong brewed coffee           3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 Tablsp unsweet cocoa powder          2 teasp instant coffee powder

whipped cream

Beat cream cheese and brewed coffee until smooth.  Sift together

the sugar, cocoa and coffee powder to remove any lumps.  Beat into

the cream cheese mixture, spoon into crusts.  Chill to set.  Garnish

with whipped cream.
