2 2/3 cup flour      1/2 teasp baking soda      1/4 teasp salt     1/2 cup unsweet cocoa pwdr

Blend dry ingred, set aside.

Blend 3/4 cup pkd lt. brown sugar  with 2/3 cup gran sugar.....add:

1 cup butter, softened    Beat to a grainy paste, scraping bowl often.

Add:   3 eggs       1 teasp mint extract.   Beat until lt and fluffy.

Add flour mixture and 10 oz. mint choc chips.

Do not overmix.   Drop by rounded Tablsp on ungrsd cookie sheet

1 1/2" apart.   Bake at 300 for 10-12 mins.   Remove to cool on flat surface.
