1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
1 1/2 cups slivered almonds
2 cups broken up pretzel sticks
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate - chopped
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper, set aside.
Combine berries, almonds and pretzels.
Place chocolate in a medium size microwave safe
bowl and micro for 30 seconds.....stir well, cook
again. Stir until smooth. Add berry mixture and stir
well to coat all. Drop by Tablsp onto prepared cookie sheet.
Shape into small mounds. Repeat until done. Chill for
15 minutes or until set. Place each one in a small cupcake
paper and place in tins to give as gifts....or store in an
airtight container.
