1 box lemon cake mix
Small box instant lemon pudding
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup oil OR unsweet applesauce
Little bit of water if needed ½ pkg of white chips
Empty dry cake mix and pudding powder into a large bowl. Combine eggs and oil or applesauce and mix well, blend into dry ingredients, add water if necessary to form a good cookie dough. Fold in chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet, 2” apart. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake. Store in the refrigerator.
