1 ¾ cups flour
¼ cup yellow cornmeal
2 Tablsp sugar
¾ teasp baking powder
½ teasp salt 6 Tablsp butter
1 egg, lightly beaten
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 Tablsp orange marmalade
2 pints fresh strawberries, cut in half
½ cup orange marmalade
 2 cups heavy cream
2 Tablsp sugar
Preheat oven to 425. In a food processor, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter. Process until mixture resembles coarse sand. Transfer to a large bowl, add in egg and buttermilk and blend until dough forms. Knead a few times, form into lightly greased 9” tart pan and form crust. Bake at 425 for 20-22 minutes.
Microwave
1 Tablsp marmalade and brush over crust. Let cool. Stir berries and ½ cup marmalade together. Beat cream and 2 Tablsp sugar together until soft peaks form. Spoon into crust, top with berries. Chill.
