1 cup butter
¼ cup powdered sugar
1½ cups flour
1/3 cup quick oats
¼ teasp salt
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 ½ teasp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
Three 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 large apple, peeled, chopped
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375
In a bowl, combine ½ cup softened butter and the powdered sugar, mix Well. Add in 1 cup flour, the oats and salt. Mix until crumbly. Pat into
A 9” spring form pan. Bake 10 minutes, the cool completely. Lower oven temp to 350. In a small bowl, beat eggs until light yellow, add sugar
and vanilla. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, add in the egg mixture and blend well. Make streusel topping: remaining flour &
brn sugar, then cut in the remaining ½ cup butter until crumbly. Put apples and nuts over crust. Sprinkle with half the streusel mixture, then the batter, then the remaining streusel mixture. Bake 50-55 minutes. Chill 4 hours, then remove from the pan and enjoy!
