Dietetic Apple Crisp

1 cup oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup Grape Nuts cereal
1 teasp cinnamon
1 cup unsweet apple juice
Combine the dry ingredients, add the juice and blend well. Press half this mixture in a sprayed 9” pie plate … bottom and up the sides.
Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. In a saucepan, combine: 2 cups peeled sliced apples ½ cup raisins 1 cup unsweet apple juice 1-2 teasp cinnamon 1 Tablsp lemon juice 2 teasp cornstarch Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes until apple slices are tender. Remove the apple and raisins to the pie shell crust. Continue to cook the remaining ingredients until thickened. Pour over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbles. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
