Moist Caramel Apple Cake
One box yellow cake mix

One box instant vanilla or French vanilla pudding
1 cup water

4 eggs

1/3 cup oil or applesauce
3 Granny Smith Apples, peeled, diced
20 Kraft caramels

3 Tablespoon milk
Grease or lightly spray your favorite Bundt pan, preheat the oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine the dry cake mix, the pudding powder, water, eggs and oil with an electric mixer on low speed until just combined. Then turn mixer on high speed and blend for two minutes. Stir in apples and pour into the prepared pan. Bake 50 minutes, check with a toothpick to make sure it is done. Let sit in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a cake pan. Melt together the caramels and milk, sit for a few minutes to let it cool and thicken up a bit, then drizzle over the cake.
