Pumpkin Bars
From: Mary Jane of Findlay
4 eggs
15 oz. can of pumpkin
1 cup of oil
1 ½ cups sugar
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Beat eggs, add in pumpkin, oil and sugar and blend until fluffy. Then add In flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Pour batter into a sprayed 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool completely and frost: 3 oz. cream cheese, softened ½ cup butter, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups powdered sugar Blend well until smooth, frost cake. Refrigerate.
