graham cracker crust two
8 oz. cream cheese (can be fat free)
2 large eggs, beaten
¼ cup sugar OR splenda granular
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup cored, peeled, diced apple
¼ cup seedless raisins
Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until smooth, Add in the eggs and blend well, then add in the sugar, vanilla and applesauce and Stir until well mixed. Pour one third of the mixture into the bottom of the pie crust. Top with the apple and raisins. Then put the rest of the cream cheese mixture over the top. Spread evenly. Lightly sprinkle with a dusting of cinnamon. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until pie is set. Cool completely and then chill for at least a couple of hours before cutting and serving.
