8” pan size pkg. brownie mix three
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
10 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips, melted
4 large eggs
two teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 Tablsp. butter flavored Crisco

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare brownie mix according to pkg. directions. Spoon Into 9” springform pan, bake for 20 minutes. Cool. Reduce oven to 325.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in the milk, add In the eggs, vanilla and the melted chips. Blend until smooth and pour the Filling over the crust. Wrap a sheet of aluminum foil over the bottom of the Springform pan. Place in a large baking pan with 1” of hot water…this will Keep the brownie crust from overbaking. Bake 50-55 minutes or until the center In almost set. Turn oven off, remove the baking pan with the water, let the Cheesecake cool in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove, then let cool in the Refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove from the pan, place on serving plate. Melt Choc chips and shortening, spread over top and sides. Chill 3 hours.
