1/2 cup cold water
1 1/3 cup non fat dry milk powder
In a microwave safe container, combine and microwave on high for 1 minute,
stir well, then add in:
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar substitute: either splenda granular OR xylitol*
Blend well until smooth and all are dissolved.
Chill for several hours.
This measures the same as one can of sweetened condensed milk!
