1 cup diced rhubarb (Fresh or frozen, unthawed) 8" unbaked pie shell
heaping Tablsp flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup evaporated milk
1 large egg, beaten slight amount of red color if desired
Place rhubarb in pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fruit.
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake at 425 for 15 mins, then
at 350 for 25 mins.
