1 yellow cake mix, made according to Pkg directions
Put batter into a greased 9x13 pan.
Top with: 4 cups chopped rhubarb (if frozen, thaw & drain well)
Toss with 1 cup sugar and spread on top of cake batter.
Pour on top of the batter and rhubarb, 1 cup of whipping cream.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins, or until golden brown.
Cool for 15 minutes, then serve.
