pre baked shell 1 1/4 cup sugar 3 Tablsp cornstarch P of salt 1 teasp lemon rind
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Combine and add 3 beaten egg yolks, then 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Stir until thick,
cook for 1 minute. Put into pie shell.
3 egg whites 1/4 teasp crm of tartar
Beat until stiff, add 5 Tablsp sugar one at a time....spoon on top of pie, bake
at 350 until browned.
