1 cup sugar           1 cup brn sugar            1/2 cup shortening

1 egg            2 cups flour               1 teasp baking soda

1 teasp salt          1 cup milk            1 1/2 - 2 cups diced rhubarb

Combine ingredients for the cake, put into a 9x13 pan.   Topping:

1/3 cup sugar    1/3 teasp cinnamon    1/3 cup chpd nuts

Sprinkle over the top.   Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins.

Serve with a dollop of coolwhip!
