Fudge Brownie Pie
From: Charlene of Mt. Cory
2 eggs              1 cup sugar             ½ cup butter, melted             ½ cup flour
¼ teasp salt      1/3 cup cocoa         1 teasp vanilla                       ½ cup chpd nuts, OPT
Blend well, pour into a greased or sprayed 8” pie plate. Bake at 350 For 25-30 minutes. Pie will NOT test done in the center. Cool and Cut into 6-8 wedges. Serve each wedge with a scoop of ice cream and the Hot Fudge Sauce: ¾ cup sugar    ½ cup cocoa 5 oz.    can evaporated milk 1/3 cup lt.  corn syrup 1/3 cup,
butter 1 teasp vanilla
Combine sugar and cocoa in a medium saucepan, add in the milk and the corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Cook for 1 minute. Take off the heat, add in the butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
