1 1/2 sticks of butter 1 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt 4 teasp baking powder 1 teasp cinnamon
1 cup milk 29 oz. can of sliced peaches, drained OR fresh peaches - peeled, sliced
Melt butter in 9x13 pan - set aside.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, powder and cinnamon....stir in milk and
blend well. Fold in peaches and turn into the buttered pan and spread evenly.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, sprinkle with additional sugar and bake another 15 minutes.
NOTE:-
IF You would like to make a smaller amt - cut all ingredients in half
and bake in an 8" square pan.
