1 1/2 cups whole grain pastry flour      1 cup cake flour    2 teasp baking powder

1/2 teasp baking soda       1/2 teasp salt       1/2 cup red fat peanut butter  

1/2 cup butter, room temp.       1 cup sugar    2 egg whites    1 Tablsp vanilla

1/3 cup mini choc chips      1 1/2 cups low fat buttermilk

Preheat oven to 350, spray a 10" bundt pan with no stick spray.

In a bowl, combine flours with powder, soda and salt.  In another bowl, beat

together on medium speed the peanut butter and butter until creamy, add the

sugar, egg whites and vanilla and blend until lt and fluffy.  Add chips.  Turn mixer

to low, alternately add flour mixture and buttermilk until all is incorporated.   Put batter

in prepared pan.  Bake for 55-60 mins.  cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert to

serving dish.  GLAZE:

1 tablsp unsweet cocoa powder    2 Tablsp peanut butter    2 Tablsp water

1/2 teasp vanilla     1/2 cup powder sugar     pinch of salt

Blend until smooth, drizzle over cake.

Chill until ready to serve.
