1 cup sugar      1 Tablsp flour     4 cups peeled, sliced peaches

Blend well, put into a spreayed 11x7 pan.   make topping:

1 cup sugar      1 cup flour     1 teasp baking powder

1 teasp salt     cut in 1/3 cup cold butter or margarine

Mixture should resemble fine crumbs.....fold in 1 large egg

and make into a dough.  Form small amounts of dough to fit

over the peach mixture.   Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until filling

is bubbly and topping is golden.   Serve hot or cold with or without ice cream.
