Potato Chip Cookies

1 cup Crisco shortening                 1 cup granulated sugar                  1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla                         2 cups potato chip crumbs            2 eggs, beaten
3 cups sifted flour                         1 teaspoon baking soda                 1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup butterscotch chips
Cream shortening and sugars, add in the vanilla and eggs and blend well. Add the dry ingredients, then add the nuts, potato chips and butterscotch chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
