1 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup oats 1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 teasp cinnamon
Combine all, blend until crumbly. Press half into an 8" pan.
4 cups diced rhubarb 1 cup sugar 2 Tablsp cornstarch
1 cup water 1 teasp vanilla
Cook until thickened, stirring often. Pour onto crust, top
with remaining crumbles. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
