graham cracker crust (maybe sugar free)
1 cup cold milk two small boxes instant vanilla pudding - sugar free
1 cup canned pumpkin 1 teasp ground cinnamon 1/2 teasp grd nutmeg
Blend well by hand, then fold in 1 1/2 cups thawed coolwhip
Mix well, turn into crust. cover and chill until firm.
Serve with a dollop of coolwhip on each piece!
