Peach Cobbler
From: Margaret of N. Baltimore
1 ½ sticks of butter or margarine 1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all purpose flour 4 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup of milk
Melt butter and put into a 9x13 pan. Combine the remaining ingredients and stir into the butter and mix well in the pan. Add in a 29 oz. can of sliced peaches that have been drained. Spread evenly. Bake at 350 for
45 minutes. Take out of the oven, sprinkle with additional sugar on top. Bake another 15 minutes.
