Apple Sticky Buns
From: Jane of Geckle’s
12 frozen yeast rolls 2 apples, peeled/ diced
1/3 cup sugar 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
¼ cup butter, cut into 12 pats
Spray muffin tins with no stick spray and place one roll into each Muffin tin. Allow to defrost and rise, about 4-5 hours. Combine The cinnamon and sugar. Make a well in each roll and fill with The diced apple. Sprinkle each roll with a heaping teaspoon of The cinnamon sugar mixture. Dot with a pat of butter. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
