1 teasp unflavored gelatin dissolved in 4 teasp cold water

heat until dissolved and melted and clear.  keep warm.

1 cup cold whipping cream.....beat until thickened, add:

1/3 cup confectioners sugar - beat until peaks form.

add in:   1 Tablsp vanilla and the gelatin mixture

beat until stiff peaks and very fluffy.
