graham cracker pie crust       1 1/2 cups water     1/2 cup fresh grd dark roast coffee

3 cups mini marshmallows      1/3 cup milk    2 large egg whites     2 Tablsp sugar

8 oz. coolwhip, thawed     3 Tablsp grated semi sweet chocolate       PREHEAT oven to 350

Brew water and coffee - place brewed coffee in a small saucepan and boil, cook until

reduced to 1/3 cup, about 15 mins.  Add in the mallows and the milk and cook until

melted and combined, stirring constantly.  Pour into a bowl and let stand until thickened. (30 mins)

Place egg whites in a bowl and beat until frothy with mixer on high speed, gradually add inthe

2 Tablsp of sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.  Fold in this mixture to the coffee mixture, then

add in 1 2/3 cups of the coolwhip.  Spoon into crust.  Cover with plastic wrap and chill until

firm, overnight.  Serve each wedge with coolwhip and chocolate gratings!
