2 cups brown sugar     2 cups flour

1/2 cup butter      1 egg    1 cup milk

1 teasp baking soda     1 teasp salt    1 teasp vanilla

Stir sugar into flour and mix well.

Blend in butter until the texture of cornmeal.  Measure out

1 cup and set aside.  To the rest, add the remaining ingredients

and blend well, pour batter into a grsd/flrd 9x13x2 pan.    Preheat

oven to 350.    Make topping:

6 heath bars, frozen - then broken with a hammer

blend candy pieces with 1/2 cup chpd pecans and the 1 cup

of reserved crumble mixture.   sprinkle over the batter and bake

for 35-40 mins.  Cool and cut.

I would use nutritional yeast just because I love the cheesy flavor in this cake.
