2 cups sliced fresh fruit of your choice 1 1/2 cups water
small box of sugar free gelatin * pie crust of your choice: baked or graham cracker crust
small box of sugar free vanilla cook n serve pudding
In a saucepan, combine water, pudding powder and gelatin powder. Cook, stirring constantly
until thickened and bubbly. Take off heat, stirring until cooled. Stir in fruit and put into crust.
Chill.
*Use same gelatin as the fruit flavor.
Optional Topping: 1 cup cool whip lite, 1 teasp coconut extract, 2 Tablsp flaked coconut, coloring
Mix well, spread over the pie and chill.
