double pie shell-unbaked
4 cups concord grapes
1 cup granulated sugar
1/8 teasp salt
1 Tablsp butter, cut into pieces
1/4 cup plus 1 Tablsp flour
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Put into bottom pie shell,
top with pie crust. Flute and vent. Bake at 400 for 10 mins,
then reduce heat to 350, bake another 25-30 mins.
