1 box yellow cake mix 2/3 cup quick oats 2/3 cup chpd pecans OR walnuts
2 teasp cinnamon 1 stick butter, melted 6 cups peeled, sliced apples
1/4 cup melted caramel topping
Preheat oven to 350......spray a 9x13 pan. Combine dry cake mix, oats, nuts, and
cinnamon. Stir in butter until crumbly. Add in apples and spread evenly into the pan.
Bake for 45 mins. Should be lt. golden brown. Drizzle with caramel and serve with
ice cream and whipped topping! YUM!
