Pumpkin Cake and CC Frosting Lois of Findlay

2 cups flour     2 cups sugar      2 teasp cinnamon      1 teasp baking powder

1/2 teasp salt     1 cup oil      2 cups pumpkin      2 teasp baking soda in a little water

4 large eggs

Combine all with an electric mixer and pour the cake batter into a sprayed

9 x 13 cake pan.  Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 20-25 mins.  Let cool completely,

then frost:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened       1 stick margarine, softened       1 teasp vanilla

Blend well, then work in one pound of powdered sugar.  Beat until smooth, frost cake.

Store in the refrigerator.
