2 cups sugar        1/2 cup milk       1/2 cup butter or margarine

1/3 cup hershey's unsweet cocoa powder        3 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup flaked coconut (Optional)        1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1 teasp vanilla extract

In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa....bring to a boil

over medium heat....stirring often.  Boil for 1 minute, then take off the

heat....stir in peanut butter and mix well.  Then add in the remaining 

ingredients and blend well.  Drop by spoonful onto waxed paper lined

cookie sheets.   Cool and store.   makes about 30.
