1 stick of butter (1/2 cup) 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
Combine and cook to hard crack stage in a heavy saucepan.
Pour into a buttered 8" square pan. Immediately top with
1/2 cup chocolate chips (any kind: milk, semi-sweet, dark, etc.)
Spread over the top evenly.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts (any kind)
