3 Tablsp sugar 3 Tablsp cocoa
slightest pinch of salt
3/4 cup hot water
Blend well in a saucepan over medium heat....
bring to a boil and stirring constantly cook for
2 minutes. Add in: 2 1/4 cups of milk, can use
2% or whole milk. Heat again until it steams,
but do not bring it back to a boil. Take off heat,
add in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Blend well and
serve in mugs with marshmallows!
Makes 2-4 servings.
