Instant Hot Cocoa Mix
From: Janet of Arlington
4 cups of instant non fat dry milk powder
32 oz. (2 pound can) Nestlé’s Quik
6 oz. jar non dairy coffee creamer
1 cup powdered sugar
Blend all these ingredients together very well. Store in an airtight container.
To make a cup of cocoa:
Mix ¼ cup of cocoa mix with 8 oz. of very hot water. Blend well.
You can also add in a marshmallow or two!
(Or stir with a leftover Candycane!)
