Fresh Fruit Smoothies
2 cups fresh strawberries              2 large ripe bananas
1 ½ cups cranberry juice               5 ice cubes                 2 teaspoons honey
Clean the strawberries and remove the stems. Peel the bananas and break them into chunks. Put into a blender, add the juice, ice cubes and the honey. Put on the blender top and pulse until smooth. Pour into four glasses.
Variations:
Combine fresh peaches with apple juice, vanilla yogurt and cinnamon OR Fresh cut up pineapple, pineapple juice and 1/3 cup sweetened coconut milk.
