Cut heart shaped marshmallows by rolling them
out flat with a rolling pin and using a heart shaped
cookie cutter!
In a large saucepan, whisk together:
1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup unsweet cocoa powder
1/8 teasp salt
Gradually stir in 1/3 cup hot water - blend well.
bring to a simmer, then add in
4 cups milk 3 Tablsp chocolate syrup
Reduce heat and cook over low heat until very
hot, but do not boil. Stir in 1/8 teasp peppermint
extract. Ladle into mugs and garnish with heart
mallow and maybe a peppermint stick!
