1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup fresh mint sprigs
juice of 4 lemons 1 1/2 cups grapefruit juice seltzer water
Cook sugar and water over low heat until dissolved, set aside to cool.
Add in 1/4 cup mint and chill for 6 hours. Strain and discard the mint.
Stir in both juices, divide amoung 4 ice filled glasses...top off w/seltzer.
