8 oz. manicotti pasta, cooked/drained 16 oz. ricotta cheese
6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese 6 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese
2 Tablsp sour cream 1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste 2 cups spaghetti sauce
Combine the three cheeses, sour cream and bread crumbs. Add some
salt and pepper. Stuff into the pasta. Spray a 9x13 pan with no stick spray,
put a little sauce in the bottom of the pan, they lay the stuffed pasta in a
single layer in the pan. Top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil and
bake at 350 for 35-40 mins.
