1 pound Bob Evans Italian sausage 1 pound ground round
5 oz. frozen chpd spinach, thawed/squeezed dry
1/2 cup fine grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg 1 1/2 teasp dried basil, dried parsley
1 teasp garlic powder, kosher salt
1/2 teasp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Combine all, make into meatballs and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 for 20 mins. Serve with spaghetti sauce, or sauce of your choice!
