2 pie shells one can mixed vegetables, slightly drained
2 cans cream of potato soup* 1 teasp dried thyme
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked/diced
Combine all and put into a pie shell in plate. Top with a little
salt and pepper, put on top pie shell, flute and vent. Brush
with an egg. Bake at 350 for 45-55 mins.
FOR A BEEF VERSION:
use beefy mushroom soups
omit the thyme
use about 2-3 cups of diced cooked beef roast
