8 crushed Do-Si-Dos cookies
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
pkg of Pad Thai noodles
wood skewers
Teriyaki glaze
Thai peanut sauce
Grill chicken tenderloins on the wood skewers, brushing
occasionally with the glaze. Prepare the noodles according
to pkg. directions. Place noodles on serving dish, top
with the chicken, then sprinkle with half the cookie crumbs.
Combine remaining cookie crumbs into the peanut
sauce. Pour over the top, or serve on side as a dipping sauce.
