1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup bread pieces 1 egg beaten OR 1/4 cup egg beaters substitute
3/4 cup minced onion 1/2 teasp salt, 1/4 teasp black pepper
one tube crescent rolls
Combine 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread pieces, egg, onion, S&P. Blend well and
form into a loaf. Put into a shallow pan and bake at 350 for 55 mins to 1 hour.
Take out of the oven and drain off any grease. Unroll crescents and cover the
loaf completely. Bake again for 15 mins. Combine soup with a little water to
form a nice gravy to serve with the meat.
