two 14.5 oz. cans Dei Fratelli petite diced tomatoes, undrained
15 oz. Dei Fratelli pizza sauce 1/2 cup red wine
2 pounds beef short ribs 2 onions, diced
1 1/2 teasp Italian seasoning
Combine all ingredients in a large slow cooker, cover and cook on
low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 5-6 hours. Remove the short
rib bones prior to serving over pasta, potatoes or polenta.
