Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole
From “The 99 Cent Gourmet” Cookbook

2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups hot water
½ cup margarine, melted
6 oz. box long grain & wild rice – uncooked
4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
10 oz. can cooked chicken
Dissolve bouillon in water, then add in the margarine and mix well. Place all of the ingredients in a sprayed crockpot. Mix well, including the seasoning
Packet from the rice. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until the rice Is tender. You can cook on low for 4-6 hours. Stir well before serving.
