1-1½ pounds beef chuck steak or round steak
Two 15 oz. cans mixed vegetables with potatoes
1 ½ cups tomato juice
2 Tablsp cornstarch
½ teasp black pepper
½ teasp sugar
Cut beef into small pieces and place in a sprayed crockpot, Add drained vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the top, cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Stir at least once during cooking time.
