3 eggs 5 oz. evaporated milk
1 Tablespoon black pepper
3 Tablespoons dried minced onions
¼ cup hot water
2 ½-3 pounds ground round
Combine eggs and milk, blending well, then mix in the black pepper. Combine the onions and water until re-hydrated….add into the egg mixture…then combine with the meat, blending well. Form into a loaf and put into a 9x13x2 pan. Bake in a preheated 375 oven for 1 hour, then reduce the oven temperature to 350 and bake another 30 minutes. Let sit for a few minutes, before cutting and serving.
